We made this video for Angelene in February 1999 for the third single from ‘Is This Desire?’. We set up in a friends photography studio in London using some curtains as backdrops to look like a passport booth and I wanted some of the photos to look faded /ripped/distressed… So had fun experimenting with lo-fi handmade methods like sprinkling some of them with bleach and others I put folded into my jeans back pocket and then put jeans through washing machine…
